Update 27/8/24 with further comment from the garage that the car was recovered to: “The timing chain has jumped and there is no compression in one side of the engine.”
Car was running really well and all of a sudden a bang noise was what my wife stated. Car recovered to Porsche specialist who looks after my cars. Informed the engine needs replacing….. a tooth had gone was initial comment. Everything else is in great order and condition.
